Keep Evansville Beautiful is studying a partnership to assure the park at Fourth and Main streets is renovated and well-tended. Current owners, the family of Gregory and Edwina Kempf, are eager to improve this park setting. Progress is anticipated by spring 2012 on proposals for possibly pursuin this effort.
