Staff

Keep Evansville Beautiful functions efficiently, making the most of every dollar. The office staff includes: Director, Development Manager, Office Manager, and Program Coordinators in Government/PR, Education, and Beautification. Together these staffers and an office volunteer run eight annual programs, work with more than 2,000 volunteers, field more than 600 annual advocacy calls and give educational presentations on a variety of topics.


 

Cheryl Musgrave - President

Cheryl joined KEB in March 2012 as President.  She leads the organization and manages all aspects of agency work, from funding to programming.  Cheryl earned her degree from DePauw University in history.  She enjoys flower and vegetable gardening with her husband and canning both homegrown and farmer’s market produce.




Mike McGarrah - Greenscape Program Coordinator

Mike also joined KEB in August 2010.He is the beautification coordinator. With managing the Heritage Adopt-A-Spots, Mike stays busy by educating volunteers with garden and tree planting workshops. Mike is a member of Southwestern Indiana Master Gardener Association (SWIMGA). He has a degree in biology from Purdue University.

Debbie Givens - Office Manager

Debbie Givens

Debbie joined KEB in 2000 and has been making herself indispensable ever since. She is the friendly voice that knows all the answers when you call the office and the calm voice of reason during our hectic spring and summer activities. Debbie balances the books and keeps board, staff and volunteers in line.

Debbie enjoys time with her children and husband – and she has successfully tried many gardening and landscaping projects as a real do-it-yourselfer.


Anthony Wade - Marketing/Development Associate

Anthony joined KEB in August 2011 as the Development and Marketing Associate. He is a recent graduate from the University of Southern Indiana and holds a B.S. in marketing.  He will work with KEB board and staff to promote programs and services, as well as assist to develop funding for Keep Evansville Beautiful.  Anthony is an avid sports fan, and enjoys spending time with his friends at Bosse Field to watch the Evansville Otters baseball games.

Amanda Green - Education Program Coordinator

Amanda Green


Amanda joined KEB in September 2011 as the Civic Education Coordinator. She volunteers for local organizations, such as the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Girl Scouts of Southwestern Indiana, and is currently working to receive her bachelor’s degree for global leadership from the University of Evansville. Amanda will represent KEB to area schools and community groups to provide education about civic responsibility and recycling.  Amanda enjoys special occasions with her husband and children visiting Mesker Park Zoo and Botanic Garden, and the Koch Family Children’s Museum of Evansville. 


Jennifer Mason -  Public Affairs Program Coordinator

Jennifer joined KEB in September 2011 as the Public Affairs Coordinator. She will represent KEB by collaborating with community and government leaders for public initiatives; as well as lead projects, such as the Great American Clean-up.  She holds an associate’s degree from Vincennes University, and is presently working toward her bachelor’s for organizational leadership from the University of Evansville.  Jennifer is an active volunteer and participant in community service programs with the United Way.  Jennifer’s favorite pastime is to sneak away with a good cup of coffee and book to catch up on her “just for fun” reading at one of Evansville’s neighborhood parks.

 


Mary Hughes - Volunteer Extraordinaire

Mary Hughes

Mary Hughes has joined us in August 2006. She is a GREAT HELP getting forms organized, packets filled and lables placed on mailings from the KEB office. Mary retired after 19 years at Bristol Myers Squibb to help us at KEB!
